Jean-Michel Othoniel is a renowned French sculptor and member of the Académie des Beaux-Arts, world-famous for monumental, jewelry-like sculptures constructed from giant globes of hand-blown Murano glass. Creating enchanted fountains at the Palace of Versailles and the iconic Kiosque des Noctambules Paris metro entrance, Othoniel transforms glass into poetic monuments.
