Los Carpinteros was a Cuban collective founded by Marco Castillo, Dagoberto Rodríguez and Alexandre Arrechea, who departed in 2003. The group created meticulously crafted sculptures and watercolors that transformed architecture, furniture and political symbols through absurd functional shifts.
