Editorial
Art Cologne is best understood as part of the broader cultural rhythm of Cologne, not simply as a temporary sales floor. The fair brings together gallery programs, artist presentations, and collector activity in a format that makes it possible to read both the local scene and its international connections.
One of Europe's longest-running art fairs, presenting modern, postwar, and contemporary galleries in Cologne with strong ties to the Rhineland collecting ecosystem.
Why go
For a focused view of the Cologne art ecosystem alongside visiting galleries—useful for discovering what the local market and curatorial scene look like in one concentrated moment.
