Material Art Fair 2026

Where: Mexico City, Mexico
Dates: Feb 5–8, 2026

Editorial

Material Art Fair is best understood as part of the broader cultural rhythm of Mexico City, not simply as a temporary sales floor. The fair brings together gallery programs, artist presentations, and collector activity in a format that makes it possible to read both the local scene and its international connections.

A tightly edited Mexico City fair known for younger galleries, independent programs, and experimental contemporary practices during the city's February art week.

Why go

For discovery: younger galleries, tighter presentations, and the chance to encounter artists before the market narrative around them becomes fixed.
