MCA Chicago Store
Founded in 1967 to show new and experimental work rather than enshrine the past, the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago began collecting in 1974 and remains one of the largest museums given entirely to contemporary art. Its store carries the exhibition catalogues, artist publications and objects that accompany a programme built around living artists and the ideas circulating around them.
