Dike Blair is an American artist associated with Contemporary painting. Across Painting; sculpture, the work investigates small gouaches of drinks, interiors and ordinary moments paired with sculptural objects that make everyday perception unexpectedly formal. Meaning develops through the relationship between process, display and lived cultural experience rather than through a single signature motif.
