Working across Painting, Georgia Gardner Gray is an American artist whose practice focuses on social scenes and exaggerated characters painted with theatrical color, awkward humor and a deliberately unstable perspective. The work sits in conversation with Contemporary figurative painting, developing its own language through sustained attention to material, image and context.
