Artist
Keith Haring
1958–1990 · American
Keith Haring developed an instantly recognizable language of radiant babies, barking dogs and interlocking figures through chalk drawings in the New York subway and large public works. He used that accessible graphic vocabulary to address sexuality, AIDS, racism, nuclear anxiety and social activism.
