Lucia Laguna is a Brazilian artist associated with Contemporary Brazilian painting. Across Painting, the work investigates studio views, gardens and urban fragments woven into dense compositions that move fluidly between observation and abstraction. Meaning develops through the relationship between process, display and lived cultural experience rather than through a single signature motif.
