Roni Horn is an American visual artist and writer renowned for monumental cylindrical cast-glass sculptures that resemble glowing, bottomless pools of still water. Exploring mutability, androgyny, and geological time, Horn's photographs of Iceland, river surfaces, and paired drawings interrogate identity as an unstable, fluid state.
