Tammy Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American artist associated with Contemporary painting. Across Painting; artist books; printmaking, the work investigates history, ecology, myth and geopolitics layered through intricate painting and handmade publications. Meaning develops through the relationship between process, display and lived cultural experience rather than through a single signature motif.
