Editorial
Art Basel Paris has quickly become inseparable from the intensity of Paris Art Week. The Grand Palais gives the fair an unusually grand architectural frame, but it is more than spectacle: the real value is the mix of major galleries, younger programs, historical presentations, and the way the fair connects outward to exhibitions, foundations, museums, and satellite fairs across the city.
Art Basel Paris takes place at the Grand Palais and combines major international galleries with younger and historically focused presentations across the Paris art ecosystem.
Why go
For the combination of major international galleries, serious emerging programs, and the extraordinary concentration of art happening across Paris that week.
