Asger Jorn was a Danish artist working across Painting; printmaking; ceramics. The practice centers on expressive color, myth and collective experimentation used to challenge rationalist modernism and fixed cultural hierarchies. In relation to CoBrA; Situationist International, formal decisions remain closely tied to the cultural, social and material conditions surrounding the work.
