Kanjiro Moriyama pushes classical Arita porcelain throwing techniques into dynamic, spiraling sculptural vessels. Throwing multiple circular components on the wheel before cutting and reassembling them into twisting geometric ribbons, his works defy the gravitational stillness of clay.
